In this episode I count down my favorite movie themes. This is the first of 2 movie themed episodes, the second of which will countdown personal favorites, whereas these are my favorite iconic ones.

It's been at least 3 years since the Brickroom podcast was alive and active, and today I rejoined my 2 dear friends and Brickroom co-creators, David Prairie and Nathaniel Haston, for a new podcast. We revisited a format we had done previously, where we each prepared about 5 questions and then asked them to the others without sharing them in advance.

I tell a story I had on my mind all day, including details I don't think I ever talked about before (they aren't anything too exciting). Then I try to explain why I've been thinking about this story.

I look back at the year of movies and give my Top 5 picks for the year, along with some notable disappointments and honorable mentions.

I discuss my admiration for the amazing run of basketball by the Golden State Warriors.

I attempt to review a bunch of movies with quick, one minute analysis.

Since I haven't published anything in a while, I decided to crank out a mega podcast, which was broken into 3 parts. Part 1 is an attempt to update people on my life with some of the generic things people tend to ask about.

This is the second half of the conversation between Nathaniel Haston and myself on Breaking Bad. It picks up right where Part 1 leaves off.

After binge watching the show on Netflix, I decided to have my first guest on the podcast, Nathaniel Haston, so we can discuss our analysis of the show.

Sometimes I worry that my nitpicking of movies leads people to believe I can't just enjoy movies. But that's not true. I love movies. So here I constructed a list of 10 movies that, despite being rejected by critics, I really liked. This was based on their score on Rotten Tomatoes.
